At Vuff, every product is made especially for you. Because many of our items are custom and personalized, please allow time for production before shipping.

Order Processing

All orders are made to order and fulfilled through Printful.

  • Standard processing time: 2–7 business days
  • Personalized/custom orders may take longer depending on the product and order volume.
  • Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times

After your order is produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States

  • 3–5 business days

International Orders

  • 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Local delivery partners depending on your location

The carrier is selected automatically based on your shipping address and product type.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Multiple Items / Separate Packages

If your order includes multiple products, your items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.

This means you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages may arrive on different days.

International Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges required by their country.

Unfortunately, Vuff cannot control these fees and cannot predict their cost.

Custom & Personalized Products

Because our products are custom-made just for you:

  • Production times may be slightly longer during busy periods.
  • Rush shipping or expedited production may not be available for personalized items.
  • Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to shipping carrier delays or unexpected logistics issues.
